Our Mission

Our mission is to lead teens into a deeper relationship with God, to grow in understanding and ownership of their Catholic faith, and to build authentic community with other Catholic teens. We strive to form disciples who live with a servant’s heart, with an emphasis on service over self, choosing faith over comfort, and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide them beyond fear. Through prayer, formation, fellowship, service, and retreat opportunities, we aim to equip young people to live their faith boldly, make Christ-centered decisions, and continue growing in their relationship with Jesus.

Registration for CREW 1, 2, and 3 is open through June 15, 2026
Confirmation Timeline (2 1/2 years)
CREW 1 is intended for incoming 9th graders (10th at the latest)
CREW 2 is intended for incoming 10th graders (11th at the latest). Student must have successfully completed CREW 1 the previous year.
CREW 3 is intended for incoming 11th graders (12th at the latest). Student must have successfully completed CREW 1 and 2 the two consecutive years prior. CREW 3 culminates in December with the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation.Where will the sessions be held?

Students are expected to present themselves in a manner that reflects respect for the sacred environment and the importance of this program.- Dress should be modest and appropriate (business casual)
- No revealing clothing or inappropriate tops or bottoms for young ladies
- Young men should wear properly fitting pants/shorts
- Pajamas and/or slippers may not be worn
- Hats or ball caps may not be worn
- Headphones are not permitted
- Cell phone usage is prohibited during class
Attendance Policy
Because this is a sacramental preparation program and we meet only 1–2 times per month on an A/B schedule, attendance is mandatory and absences are not permitted. We ask that all other activities be scheduled around CREW classes.
In the case of illness, a doctor’s note will be required.CREW 1, 2, and 3 Overview
CREW 1: Foundation Year
CREW 1 introduces students to the core foundations of the Catholic faith and begins their Confirmation journey. Teens focus on building community, understanding who Jesus is, and developing a personal relationship with God through prayer, small groups, and interactive lessons.
CREW 2: Deepening Faith & Discernment
CREW 2 continues the journey by guiding students deeper into their understanding of the Holy Spirit and what it means to live a faith-filled life. Teens reflect on real-life challenges through the lens of faith, participate in Adoration, and engage in meaningful discussions that encourage spiritual growth and maturity.
This year also includes both a Day Retreat and a two-night Confirmation Retreat, which are essential components of preparation. In addition, students complete service hours that encourage them to live out their faith through acts of charity and compassion.
CREW 2 is also a time of discernment for the Youth Coordinator, as some students may be identified for future leadership opportunities within retreats in CREW 3.
CREW 3: Confirmation Year & Leadership
CREW 3 is the final stage of preparation, where students finalize their readiness to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. Teens deepen their understanding of their role as witnesses of Christ and are invited to live out their faith more intentionally in daily life.
During this year, selected students may also serve in leadership roles on retreats and within the program, supporting younger teens in their faith journey. The year culminates in the celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation.
