Reminder for All Liturgical Ministers: Update Your MSP Availability

All liturgical ministers are asked to update their availability in Ministry Scheduler Pro (MSP) for the next scheduling period, October 3 through November 29. 

Please log in to MSP and mark any dates when you will not be available to serve. This helps us prepare the schedule more accurately and avoid last-minute changes.

If you do not remember your password, use your email address on the MSP login page and click “Forgot Password.”

Once you are logged in, click on the “Help” tab at the top of the screen to watch a short video or view a printable guide with step-by-step instructions. Ministers may also use the MSP mobile app on iOS or Android. After downloading the app, use the following Organization ID to sign in: katy50years

All ministers must update their unavailable dates in MSP by Wednesday, September 9. Dates submitted after the deadline may not be included in the schedule. 

Please do not email your unavailable dates to Laura Matre. You must submit them directly through MSP so the information is entered correctly into the system. Once the schedule has been published, adding unavailable dates to MSP will not change your assigned ministry times. If you are unable to serve at an assigned time, please submit a sub request through MSP.
