Disciple Maker Index Survey
St. Bartholomew the Apostle Catholic Church is on a journey to know, love, and serve Christ in our parish community. Together, we must embrace Christ’s vision for missionary discipleship so our parish can thrive and be a place for others to grow together in faith.
The very first step in this process involves assessing our greatest strengths and opportunities, and that is where the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) comes in! The DMI is an important survey tool that invites you to reflect on your discipleship journey here at St. Bartholomew the Apostle Catholic Church. The Disciple Maker Index is designed to:- Invite parishioners to reflect on their journey of discipleship.
- Enable parish leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Help parishioners grow in their faith.
The survey takes 10–15 minutes and will be available from September 27 through October 25, 2026. It invites you to reflect on your spiritual growth and share your perspective on our parish’s efforts to help you grow in relationship with Christ.
All responses are confidential. The parish receives a summary of the community’s responses; the pastor and parish staff will not have access to your individual answers.

The survey opens in English. To complete it in Spanish, choose Spanish from the language menu. Other available languages include Portuguese and Vietnamese.

San Bartolomé Apóstol en Katy está participando en un proceso para conocer, amar y servir a Cristo en nuestra comunidad parroquial. Juntos debemos abrazar la visión de Cristo sobre el discipulado misionero para que nuestra parroquia pueda prosperar y ser un lugar para que otros crezcan juntos en la fe.
El primer paso es reconocer nuestras fortalezas y las oportunidades de crecimiento. La encuesta Disciple Maker Index (DMI), el Índice de Creadores de Discípulos, nos invita a reflexionar sobre nuestra vida de fe y nuestra experiencia en San Bartolomé Apóstol.
La encuesta busca:
• Invitar a los feligreses a reflexionar sobre su camino como discípulos de Jesús.
• Ayudar a los responsables parroquiales a tomar decisiones a partir de las respuestas de la comunidad.
• Identificar maneras de ayudar a los feligreses a crecer en su fe.
La encuesta estará disponible del domingo 27 de septiembre al domingo 25 de octubre de 2026. Dedique entre 10 y 15 minutos a reflexionar sobre su crecimiento espiritual y sobre cómo nuestra parroquia le ayuda a vivir su relación con Cristo.
Sus respuestas son confidenciales. La parroquia recibirá un resumen de los resultados; ni el párroco ni el personal parroquial tendrán acceso a sus respuestas individuales.
